Savannah's 3 rd RCRA rodeo 10/6/07

BARRELS
POSING FOR THE CAMERA! LARAMIRE, MICHAEL & SAVANNAH

PENNING THE COWS!!

Savannah had her 3rd RCRA rodeo this Saturday. She did the barrels, penning, and the goat events. She rode "Angel" my mare and they did a great job together. We were hoping for alittle cooler weather, but it was still hot and humid. Hopefully next month will be cooler! She only has 2 rodeos left with the finals being in December. Great job Savannah and "Angel!!!!!" Love you, Mom, Dad and Bubba!!

Good job little one!!! I sure wish this kind of opportunity was available around here for my granddaughter who is 5 and a half. She would love those kinds of events and we would love watching her in them. You must live in the south to be having a show in December!!! We will be only having ice and snow then!!! I'm not complaining though, I love the snow and snowmobiling with my kids and grandkids. The grandkids usually fall asleep before we get home though! There is something about being out in the crisp cold air and the hum of the snowmobile that lulls them to sleep.

I have two daughters and my oldest one barrel races. I love riding and watching!

She did her first ever youth rodeo last month and had her first "experience" with goat tying....she didn't get him tied but she had fun nonetheless!!!

Look forward to reading more!
