A GOOD GIRL!
WARNING: You will be seeing the last few minutes of a moles life. Proceed with caution!What is this you may be asking? Well "Shelby" has been a very good girl! I know it sounds odd she is getting praised for digging up the yard! LOL! She is ruthless when she hoans in on one, and yes she chewed through the roots herself! She is a mole finding fool, lawsie me! She is so funny to watch as she finds them! And they tear up your yard faster than anything-tunnels everywhere. So yes, she gets praised when she finds them and kills them!
This is what was in the tunnel! You would think they would be cute little animals, but they are not! And they make a screeching noise! They really need a nail trim too!
Alittle play time with it! She would hold it in her mouth, then sit it down and watch it. When it would start to move again she would pick it up and shake it and then start the whole process over again!
Staring it down ~ "Go ahead and make your move!" I am ready! She is so focused!
"That's what I thought!" Dogs rule ~ moles drool! **okay I can hear hubby now~"Have you lost it?" I may have had alittle too much coffee this morning!**
LOL - we have gophers and I love it when the dog catches one. I praise her to no end. I don't like coffee, but I love my Coke in the morning - no such thing as too much! Donk was born last night - come over and see her.
Can I borrow your Shelby???? We have a ton of moles, and chipmunks. We have a sump pump in the stairwell of our basement, and I heard a strange noise, so I looked out and there were three chipmunks sitting inside the well. We have french drains that run around the perimeter of the house that dump water into the sump. I told my husband that they probably have a whole colony underground by now! We could use her help! ;o)
Yeach! We don't have moles in our area! (Thank goodness!) We do have gophers and prarie dogs! I have a cat that will catch those darn gophers! Luckily the prarie dogs are further down the road! Little varmints! Good dog!!
I am a SAHM to my precious 7 year old little girl. I am married to a wonderful christian man and father. We are very involved at our church. I love spending time with my family and friends and riding my horses. God has truly blessed me and my family.

Good girl!!!! I would have a fit right now if I had moles digging up my yard. Especially since we just put new sod in. So good girl!!!

Love it! What a good girl you have there! My poor dog is too old to catch anything anymore, I forgot how persistant they can be.

Those little moles are a pain. They don't last long in our yards either-hehehe.
That's cool. My blue healer will do the same thing. I had a friend want to pay me to bring my dog to her house for a while. haha
