Happy Anniversary Honey!! We will be married 6 years tomorrow. We have diffently grown in our marriage for the better over the years. I know we have had our share of hard times, but we both are committed to our marriage and constantly working to better it. I can say God blessed me with a great Christian husband. I have just got through reading a awesome book called Love & Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. I would recommend it for every married couple. I know I have learned allot and the most important thing is to let my husband know I respect him. I have always told him I loved him, but God wants us to respect our husbands as well. "I say each man must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband." Ephesians 5:33. So here is my list of some of the reasons I respect my husband: provider, protector, loving, Daddy, caring, christian, husband, friend, encourager. I am currently starting a study on Proverbs 31-a wife of noble character. I did the same study before we had children, I want to go back and restudy the verses again. I want to "bring my husband good, not harm, all the days of her life.." Proverbs 31:12, "she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instruction with kindness.." Proverbs 31:26. I want to be the best Christian wife and mother that I possibly can. I know that I can not do that without God, but with Him, all things are possible. Thank you Lord for my marriage!!

Thanks so much for your sweet note on my blog about your daughter. A friend of mine has to deal VUR with her daughter and from her I know a little about what a struggle that can be. Cassie is being tested for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and has been referred to Scottish Rite in Dallas. It is so scary but like your kind encouragement, we are trying to rely on the Lord and our friends and family as we deal with this. Thanks for your kind words! Tracy
